Family Law RiversideThe Riverside County family court, explained

Advertising Policy

familylawriverside.com may carry advertisements from law firms and other businesses that serve people in Riverside County family law matters. This page sets out the rules that apply to every such placement. As of October 2026 the site carries no law firm advertising; the policy is published in advance so that readers and advertisers know the terms.

What an advertisement on this site is

  • Labeled. Every paid placement is marked “Advertisement” where it appears. Articles are never paid for and never written to favor an advertiser.
  • Identified. A law firm’s advertisement names at least one attorney licensed in California and the city or county of the firm’s office, so a reader knows who is advertising and where they practice.
  • Flat fee. Advertisers pay a fixed fee for a placement for a period. The site is never paid per inquiry, per lead, per client or as a share of any fee. The site does not pass on readers’ information to advertisers.
  • Not a recommendation. An advertisement is not an endorsement. The site does not say that any advertiser is the best, the right choice or a match for a reader, and it does not rank attorneys. Readers choose for themselves; the article on finding a family law attorney describes the official ways to do that.
  • Not a referral. The site is not a lawyer referral service and does not operate one. It does not take case details, screen cases or send them to anyone.

What advertisers do not get

Advertisers have no influence on what the articles say, which topics are covered, or how sources are chosen. They do not see articles before publication and cannot ask for changes. An article that mentions a firm’s published fees does so because the fee is public and relevant, not because the firm advertises.

Advertising records

The publisher keeps a copy of every advertisement that runs on the site, with its dates, as California law requires of attorney advertising.

Who is responsible

Advertisements are the responsibility of the advertiser, which must comply with the California Rules of Professional Conduct and the Business and Professions Code. The publisher, Webhaus LLC, 2108 N St, Ste 4030, Sacramento, CA 95816, is responsible for the editorial content. Questions about advertising go to the address on the contact page.
